Watch scans live procurement notifications, scores every opportunity against your own evidence, and tells you which are genuinely worth bidding for. On demand, or on an automatic weekly watch.
Normally £199/year. Included free with Bidwin Core, for a limited time.
Between bids is where good contracts slip past. The portals are noisy, the clock is always running, and the wrong tender wastes a week you can't get back.
Missed opportunities
A perfect-fit tender publishes, the window is short, and nobody on the team spots it in time.
Bidding on the wrong things
Chasing tenders you can't evidence burns effort you should be spending on the ones you can win.
Set it once. It watches so you don't have to.
Scans the live portals
Checks Find a Tender and Contracts Finder for new opportunities that match your sectors, regions and value bands.
Scores each against your evidence
Every opportunity is judged against your own track record, so you see genuine fit, not just keyword noise.
Reports what's worth bidding
A short, ranked shortlist with a recommended action and the reasoning behind each one.
Runs on demand or weekly
Ask "what's out there now?" any time, or set an automatic weekly watch that does the checking for you.
A strong match becomes your next bid: hand it straight to Bidwin Core and start drafting.
See a tender watch run, end to end
Setting the watch, reading the fit-scored shortlist, and handing a strong match to Bidwin Core.

Buyer: NHS Dorset Integrated Care Board, as a cluster with NHS Somerset and NHS Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire
Value: £834,550 · Deadline: 28 August 2026, 17:00 (three weeks — viable)
Why it fits. This is the cohort Kingsmede is built around. [Support File: Kingsmede Capability Statement 2026.docx — "Who we are"] states the specialism as supported employment for people with disabilities and health conditions… [Support File: Elmsworth Works Performance Report 2022-2026.docx — "Cohort outcomes"] records a 51% job outcome rate for participants with a disability or health condition, within four percentage points of the whole-cohort rate.
The gap, and it is the real question. Delivery is Dorset, Somerset and BSW, and the employer network is strongest around Elmsworth. Set that against a five-month initial term and the commercial question is sharp: can a locally recruited employer function be stood up fast enough to deliver outcomes inside five months? Check that before committing bid resource.
Excerpt from the run of 6 August 2026. Every fit claim names the file behind it. The demonstration client is fictional; the notice is a real record from Find a Tender.

From the government's own published sources. Watch reads Find a Tender, the central UK platform under the Procurement Act 2023, and Contracts Finder, through their official published data feeds rather than by scraping web pages. What you see is what the buyer published, in the form they published it.
Two honest limits, and you should hear them from us rather than find them out later. Watch sees published notices, so it cannot show you a contract that was never advertised or an extension awarded quietly. And below-threshold notices on the devolved portals, Public Contracts Scotland, Sell2Wales and eTendersNI, are not yet covered, although many Scottish and Welsh buyers publish to Find a Tender as well.
Every opportunity Watch reports carries a link to the notice. Where the buyer published no usable link, you get the notice's official reference number and the portal it came from instead. Nothing is inferred, and a link is never invented to fill the gap.
Bidwin Watch uses public-sector procurement data from Find a Tender and Contracts Finder, published under the Open Government Licence v3.
Bidwin Watch is designed to work hand in glove with Bidwin Core, so opportunities flow straight into drafting. That's why Watch is included free when you get Core. Watch runs in Google Chrome with the free Claude extension.
