  2. Or ask us to hold your start date. Write to support@bidwin-ai.com before you buy, tell us roughly when your next tender lands, and we will start your free month then instead — we hold a place for up to three months. Your founder price is held with it. No card, no clock running, nothing to chase.

We warn you before we charge you. Seven days' notice by email, carrying a one-click cancel link. If that email never arrives and you’re charged anyway, we refund it.
Cancelling needs no reason. Email us, click the link in the reminder, or cancel yourself in the Stripe portal. Any of the three. No retention call, no form, no questions.
If you cancel, you keep the work. Every plan, draft and report you produced stays in your Claude account, and you can put them in live tenders. What ends is the licence to run the plugins, so we ask you to remove them — you haven’t bought a licence year.
Nothing renews automatically. Starting free doesn’t sign you up to anything recurring — not now, and not at the end of your licence year.
Your thirty days to decide are the free month itself. Buy outright and you get a 30-day money-back guarantee; start free and you spend those same thirty days using it instead. Either way that is the window — once day 31 passes and the £299 is taken, your licence year has begun.
The free month is on top. Your twelve months run from day 31, not from today. You’re not paying for a month you already had.
Once you’ve paid, the software is yours to keep. The £299 buys twelve months of updates and support. Stop renewing after that and you keep the version you’ve got and carry on using it — no updates, no support, but no cut-off either.
We’ll ask you for an honest testimonial. That’s the trade. A critical account is as welcome as a glowing one and changes nothing about your licence or your price. Nothing is published without you seeing the wording first, you can withdraw it whenever you like, and we always say it came from someone who had a free first month.
